A quick refund policy makes our service more transparent and customer-centric.
All cancellations processes will be according to the food safety compliance's and company’s consumer policies.

We are available from 9 am to 7 pm from Tuesday-Sunday.

To claim your cancellation and refund, you can cancel your order before it is out for delivery. We do not offer any refund and are unable to cancel the order during the delivery process in compliance with our consumer policy.

Refund

After receiving the order cancellation request, we will email you that we have received your request to cancel the order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Please get in touch with our customer support team if you need to know the status of your refund.

We do not refund or receive any amount in cash.
Please do not request for it!

Compensation

We assure you our packing team will thoroughly check and then pack the products before delivery. Still, if you find any faulty item inside your order, please immediately inform our customer support team via call, WhatsApp or email. If proven, we will first try to re-arrange to deliver that particular item to you.
Or if you still don't agree about it!
As compensation, we can offer:
a) Some extra 'Reward Points' so that you can claim an additional discount with your next order.
b) In terms of heavy damage: We will redeliver a new order as compensation.

Re-order | Pre-order

If the product is in stock; placing a new order or re-ordering after cancellation is possible.
Pre-order options are only available just after out-of-stock or sold out. We usually try to fulfil the Pre-orders within 48 hours from time order received. Please plan your meal accordingly and let us know in advance!
