Acceptance

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with bolofresh. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the purchases made or to be made by the consumer through the website bolofresh.com
On executing a transaction, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

At bolofresh, we believe that a satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.

Delivery

We will make the ultimate effort to make sure the product is dispatched and delivered at the earliest. You can access further details for the same at - Delivery Information.
However, contact us if you have not received your purchase within 2 hours on available items and 2 days for pre-order items.

Payment

We want to offer a sense of security to you, so the payments can be made using the safest platform. We accept payments through Razorpay payment which offers multiple online payment options and is one of the safest payment gateways in India.
We will charge you for the product and delivery costs (if applicable). All prices on our website include Goods and Service taxes by following Indian tax regulations.
Payment through a QR code is possible until an official individual from the company provides it.
COD (cash on delivery) is a valid mode of payment. We follow the standard compliances as per the Payments and Settlements Systems Act of 2007, regulated by RBI.

Cancellation & Refund

Consumer can cancel the order before it is out for delivery. We do not offer any refund and are unable to cancel the order after that, In compliance with our consumer policy. We do not refund or receive any amount in cash.
A refund is impossible in case of COD (cash on delivery) settlements.
Our terms & conditions may change in the future. In case of any kind of dissatisfaction, we urge you to Contact us immediately and we shall do our best to help you out.

Compensation

The seller assume that the packing team will thoroughly check and then pack the products before delivery. Still, if the customer finds any disputed item inside the package, we suggest contacting us immediately. If proven, we will try to re-arrange to deliver that particular item. Or if the customer still doesn't agree, we will offer compensation as follows:
a) Some extra 'Reward Points' so customers can claim an additional discount with the next purchase.
b) In terms of heavy damage: We will redeliver the same new order as compensation.

Liability

The seller does not assume, and the customer will be responsible for any liability or claims resulting from indemnified use of the ingredients and by not following the cooking instructions.
The buyer accepts all liability that may arise from using the products.

Defective Items

In the case of any defective items recieved, the seller's only liability to the buyer is the cost of that item sold. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from using the items.
