ORDERING

Q- How do I place my order?

You can place your order directly on our website and through the bolofresh mobile application. To find any item listed on our website and mobile application, you can use the meal search by clicking on this icon 🔍 which you will find on the top right side of the page. We have all meals and menus in the full navigation, which makes finding the choice of your meal easy. After selecting the meal, click on "Add to cart or Buy Now". It will take you to the page where you can see your selected meal. Here, you can change the meal's quantity if you wish. From this page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. When you have finished shopping, click on 🛍 / 🛒 at the top-right of the website either to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, then click the "Check out" button, which will take you to the payment information page. Here you can complete the order successfully.
If you find difficulties in placing an order, please immediately contact our customer support team via call, WhatsApp, Messenger or email.


Q- What forms of payment does bolofresh accept?

We accept through most of the famous and secure payment platforms in India offered by Razorpay and Paypal payment gateways.

Q- Can I place multiple orders several times?

Yes, of course! You can place multiple orders several times.


Q- Do I get any discount on my order?

Yes, we offer different types of rewards and discount programs. You can collect multiple types of offers and discount codes for your purchase.

Q- How do I use a promo or coupon code?

On the "Payment Information" page, you will find the "Discount Code" textbox in the top right corner. Enter the code into the box and click "Apply" to update your order subtotal.
*Kindly Note: For each order, only one promo or a coupon code can be used!


Q- Do I get any invoice or a bill with my order?

Yes, we provide a hard copy of an electronic Invoice attached to every order.
For business customers, please mention to us the GSTIN number to receive a GST Invoice. In case if need any soft copies of the Invoice, please contact our customer support team via email.

DELIVERY

Q- What is the delivery time?

We usually deliver day-to-day orders by the same or the next day between 10 am - 7 pm (Monday to Sunday), making it convenient for office employees as well!


Q- When will I receive my order?

The delivery period depends upon the destination from our fulfilment centre. We do assure of fast, safe and on-demand deliveries. Our delivery guy will be at your doorstep anytime after we receive your order!


Q- What is On-demand Delivery?

With On-demand delivery, you can choose the delivery address and time to receive your order. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you can describe the delivery address and the desired time schedule to receive the order according to your convenience. If you do not want to miss the delivery, On-demand delivery will be a practical solution! Besides this, it will be helpful for the office-going people.

Q- Do I need to pay for the delivery?

We offer a free local delivery service from Serampore to Uttapara (In Hooghly Dist.). If anyone wants to place an order outside these areas, minimum delivery charges will be applicable according to our destination delivery zone.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Q- How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your the order please reach out to our customer support team via email or give us a call. We are available from 10 am to 10 pm from Monday-Sunday.

*You can cancel your order before it is out for delivery. We do not offer any refund and are unable to cancel the order after that, In compliance with the fssai policy.


Q- When do I get back my money after cancelling my order?

Usually, we refund the amount within 48 hours from the time of cancelling the order! Please get in touch with our customer support team immediately if you have difficulty cancelling the order.


Q- Do I get any compensation if I receive any faulty item with my order?

We assure you our packing team will thoroughly check and then pack the products before delivery. Still, if you find any faulty item inside your order, please immediately inform our customer support team via call, WhatsApp or email. If proven, we will first try to re-arrange to deliver that particular item to you.
Or if you still don't agree about it!
As compensation, we can offer:
a) Some extra 'Reward Points' so that you can claim an additional discount with your next order.
b) In terms of heavy damage: We will redeliver a new order as compensation.

'bolofresh' is the first brand under our mother company, "Gollak House Private Limited".


Q- Do you have a physical store or restaurant? Where is it located?

Unfortunately, We do not have any physical store or restaurant. But we have a main office and multi brand cloud kitchen in a some specific locations.


Q- What are your working hours?

We have regular business hours from 10 am-10 pm, Monday to Sunday.


Q- Are you open to the public? How can I contact your company?

Yes, everyone is welcome to visit our office and Kitchen with a scheduled appointment!
